Over-the-Counter (OTC) Plan Reviews:  Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am to 12:00pm and 1:30pm to 3:00pm For OTC limitations, please click here. Permit Issuance and Revisions All permit applications shall be submitted electronically. To submit electronically, please submit your application and other required materials to our Online Plan Review portal, after reading the Electronic Plan Review Submittal Requirements.
